Udayan School of Social
Leadership (USSL)

Rashtra Nirman Begins Here.

A leadership-formation programme for India's next generation of institution-builders.udayanleadership.org

What it is

USSL is not a degree factory. It is a leadership-formation programme built to produce capable, self-governing institution-builders — not just employable graduates. Through the Arjun Sampat framework of 14 leadership competencies, aligned with NEP 2020, students are formed through lived experience, real-world apprenticeship, and mentorship rooted in Indian civilisational thought.

What a graduate walks away with

  • Dual credential: UGC-recognised BBA from SPPU and a Diploma in Social Impact & Entrepreneurship from Potters Earth Foundation
  • 6+ paid apprenticeship rotations across sectors, startup mentoring, and Gurukul-inspired mentorship
  • Formation, not just instruction — leadership tested in the real world before it is certified on paper
  • A lifelong network of peers, mentors, and patrons committed to Rashtra Nirman

How students get in

Entry is entirely on merit, through a rigorous 3-stage process:

  • 01Udaan — a discovery phase where aspiring students explore the programme's philosophy, expectations, and way of life
  • 02UAT — the Udayan Aptitude Test, assessing reasoning, comprehension, temperament, and social motivation
  • 03USB — the Udayan Selection Bootcamp, a multi-day residential assessment of character, collaboration, and resilience

Philosophy

USSL draws on Kautilya's Arthashastra and the Gurukul tradition — not as heritage decoration, but as a living operating system for character formation. The Arjun Sampat framework identifies 14 leadership competencies that guide the entire curriculum, from classroom to apprenticeship to self-governance. The goal is to form leaders who build institutions, not merely manage them.

Who it's for

Students entering after Grade 10 (5-year track) or Grade 12 (3-year track), selected through the merit-based 3-stage process. Cohort 1: 12 students selected from 89 applicants. The programme is designed for young people who feel a calling toward institution-building, social entrepreneurship, and public service — not merely a job.

Location

The USSL campus is based in Pune, Maharashtra — at the Potters Earth Education Research Centre, Mundhwa. Pune's rich educational and civilisational heritage makes it the ideal ground for a leadership-formation programme rooted in Indian thought.

Aavishkaar Inclusion Centre

Belong.

School readiness for neurodiverse learners.aavishkaarinclusion.in

What it is

Aavishkaar bridges the gap between clinical therapy and real classroom, home, and community functioning for neurodiverse children. We build regulation, communication, social engagement, and independence through small-group, real-environment learning — not isolated drills in a therapy room. Every child's pathway is individualised, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that all children belong.

Who we support

Children aged 3–8 navigating autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, developmental delay, and speech or communication differences. Families are active partners in every step of the journey — not passive recipients of a plan.

Our approach

Every family moves through a structured yet flexible pathway that adapts to the child's developmental pace:

Our pathways

School Readiness

Inclusion &
Real Life (Ages 6–8)

Guiding principles

  • Structure with warmth — firm boundaries, deep empathy
  • Neurodiversity-affirming — building on the child's own terms
  • Real-world focus over clinical isolation
  • Parent partnership — families as co-architects of the pathway

Outcomes & impact

  • 85% of children show improved daily functioning within 12 months
  • 3x faster skill generalisation vs. therapy alone
  • 9 out of 10 parents report real-world change at home and in the community
  • Over 60% of school-ready graduates transition into mainstream or inclusive classrooms

The Wonder School
Learning Collective

An inclusive school for gifted and accelerated learners.

Personalised, mastery-based academics in an inclusive environment.twslearning.in

What it is

The Wonder School Learning Collective is a personalised, mastery-based academic track for children who are ready to move faster or deeper than a standard classroom allows. We build an individual learning pathway around each student — grounded in NEP-aligned curriculum and assessed through recognised board examinations at the appropriate stage. Learning is mastery-based: students advance when they demonstrate understanding, not when the calendar says so.

Who we support

Gifted and accelerated learners from Nursery to Grade 12 who thrive in a highly personalised, inclusive, NEP-aligned learning ecosystem — including students who may have felt unseen, unchallenged, or mislabelled in conventional classrooms.

Our tracks

Ekam Montessori

Nursery to Grade 2 — a Montessori foundation that nurtures curiosity, independence, and a love of learning from the earliest years.

Praagyam Accelerated Learners

Grades 3 to 8 — a personalised, mastery-based track for students ready to move faster or deeper than a standard classroom allows.

Praagyam Achievers

Grades 9 to 10 (Secondary) and Grades 11 to 12 (Senior Secondary). Board exams through NIOS, with skill certifications alongside academic credentials.

What makes it different

  • Mastery-based progression — no child is held back or rushed forward by a fixed timetable
  • Inclusive by design — gifted and neurodiverse learners learn side by side
  • NEP-aligned curriculum with NIOS board certification at the secondary and senior secondary level
  • Skill certifications alongside academic credentials — not just marks, but capability

Outcomes & impact

  • 85–92% consistent Board exam results through NIOS
  • Skill certifications alongside academic credentials — students graduate with real-world capability
  • Clear pathway to college, competitive exams, and entrepreneurial pursuits
  • Students report higher engagement, autonomy, and ownership of their learning

Beyond academics

Students participate in the annual Indian STEM Fest, inter-school Innovation Expo, and community Seva initiatives — building not just academic excellence but leadership, creativity, and social responsibility.
