Objectives
- Train school teachers as “Career Enablers” through the Project Prabhat 12-lesson Career Development Curriculum — Self-development, Career Exploration, Career Management.
- Administer psychometric / career interest assessments, followed by individual counselling and debrief reports.
- Host Career Melas connecting students with real-world sector experts — Agriculture, Marketing & Real Estate, Architecture & Construction, Government & Public Administration.
- Deliver trilingual (Hindi/English/Marathi), panel-format sessions accessible to first-generation learners in Tier-3 and rural schools.
Cumulative Impact
Tata Technologies Partnership (2018–2025, Kolhapur district): Since 2018, Project Prabhat has covered roughly 70 schools across Kolhapur district, reaching approximately 10,000 student beneficiaries and 133 teacher beneficiaries, with close to ₹76.52 Lacs invested at the grassroots level. In the 2024–25 cycle alone, the program reached 10 schools across 10 villages, delivering career curriculum books, digitised career testing, and cluster-level Career Melas.
Recent Delivery — Bridgestone Partnership (Pune district): A 2-day, 2-batch Teacher Training on the Project Prabhat Career Curriculum trained 46 teachers across the full 12-lesson framework, worksheets, and facilitation techniques — concluding with a Career Orientation module for parents. 300 students completed psychometric career evaluation and debriefing, with Career Mela interaction with industry experts.

Objectives
- Train teachers on-site at the IISER Pune campus, led by STEM trainers from IISER, to confidently and safely operate STEM / Tinkering Lab equipment.
- Hand over take-away tinkering material and experiment kits for continued classroom use.
- Build technical expertise so training is sustained beyond the workshop itself.
- Coach teachers to guide students toward independent, self-directed scientific thinking — not just content delivery.
- Culminate in an inter-school Science Fest, judged on innovation, depth of scientific thinking, and real-world problem-solving.

- Teachers Trained: 16 teachers trained on-site at IISER Pune, equipped with take-home tinkering kits.
- Science Fest Delivered: An inter-school Science Fest judged on innovation, depth of scientific thinking, and real-world problem-solving.
- Student Recognition: Top three student teams recognised for the strongest innovation-led projects — winners awarded a tablet, a portable microscope, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Beneficiaries & Reach
Beneficiaries: 16 teachers trained directly; 11,948 students (Grades 5–12) across 8 schools engaged, including 3,570 SC/ST students and 32 students with disabilities.
Geographical Area: Pune district — Maval, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Wagholi, Manjri and Kamshet; training delivered at the IISER Pune campus.
Nirmaan I — Atmus Filtration Technologies Partnership
Partnership: Atmus Filtration Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
Verified Investment: ₹6,45,105 across 3 rural and urban schools, reaching 1,068 student and hostel beneficiaries, through 4 targeted interventions.
- Project 1 — Structural Overhaul: Krishi Udyogic Vidyalaya, Chambli Village, Purandar Taluka. 270 students. ₹2,50,570. 5 security doors installed, 5 roofing sheets replaced, 22 custom windows fitted, and 2 water tanks upgraded to restore clean water access to the girls’ and boys’ washrooms.
- Project 2 — Resource Equity for Minority Girls: Mahatma Jyotirao Phule High School & Hostel, Adam Baug, Pune City. 50 minority girls. ₹43,070. School bags distributed under a “Back to School” initiative, removing material barriers to daily attendance.
- Project 3 — Digital Literacy / Future-Proofing Rural Students: Shri Gurudev Dutt Vidyalaya, Samvidane Village, Shirur Taluka. 698 rural students. ₹2,20,485. 15 fully equipped computer terminals installed, converting an empty hall into an active ICT training hub.
- Project 4 — Elevating Living & Learning Standards: Mahatma Jyotirao Phule High School & Hostel, Adam Baug, Pune City. Hostel residents. ₹1,30,980. Whiteboards, wall fans, and Racold geysers installed for better living conditions and academic retention.
Nirmaan II — Western Union Foundation Partnership
Partnership: Western Union Foundation.
Building a safe, sensory-friendly, therapy-ready campus at the Aavishkaar Inclusion Centre.
- Hygiene & Dignity — dedicated, child-friendly toilet facilities, ensuring safe and hygienic sanitation for every child.
- Calm, Comfortable Spaces — glass film across windows to shield children from direct sunlight and reduce sensory overstimulation.
- Temperature-Regulated Comfort — duct coolers for a consistent, comfortable learning environment year-round.
- Purposeful Learning Spaces — a Montessori-based learning environment nurturing independence, curiosity, and hands-on discovery.
- Developmental Support — occupational therapy equipment for sensory integration and motor-skill development.
1,068 students and hostel residents across 3 schools (Atmus Filtration Technologies) and neurodiverse children aged 3–8 enrolled at the Aavishkaar Inclusion Centre (Western Union Foundation).
